Led the development of a global training package to support implementation of a sexual, reproductive, maternal, newborn, and adolescent health monitoring and evaluation framework in humanitarian settings. The work translated a global indicator framework into practical training materials, pilot protocols, donor engagement materials, and implementation tools to strengthen data quality, accountability, privacy, and evidence-based decision-making in crisis-affected contexts.
